O R D E R

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following prayers:

"(i). MANDAMUS to Respondent no.1 to inform the Court of Hon'ble Judge John F. Kness at the Hon'ble United States Federal District Court, Illinois (USDC Illinois), for compliance to the Govt. of India's Gazette Notification (G.S.R. 24 E) of Govt. of India dated 12th January 2009, related to the Hague Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial or Extra-Judicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters, 1965, to ensure that the summons in the Case no.: 1:22-cv-00061 be served to the Petitioner through the Central Authority, Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice of India in compliance to the aforesaid Gazette Notification of Govt. of India.

(ii). MANDAMUS to Respondent no.1 to direct the Proforma Respondent no.2 that the summons in the Case no.: 1:22-cv-00061 in the court of Hon'ble Judge John F. Kness's Court at the Hon'ble United States Federal District Court, Illinois (USDC Illinois), be served to the Petitioner through the Central Authority, Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice, in compliance to the Gazette Notification (G.S.R. 24 E) of Govt. of India dated 12th January 2009, related to the Hague Convention The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. During the course of hearing, it transpires that the concerned proceedings initiated in the United States by the respondent no.3 / Information Systems Audit and Control Association Inc. (ISACA), with regard to which the present petition has been filed by the petitioner, has been dismissed by the concerned Court.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending applications stand disposed of.
