Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This Court on 07.02.2024 passed the following order:-
1. After some arguments, the appellant, who appears in person, states that he confines his writ petition to prayer '(i)'.
2. Consequently, prayers '(ii)', '(iii)', '(iv)' and '(v)' are dismissed as not pressed.
3. The appellant states that Special Leave Petitions being SLP(C) Nos. 10861/2023 and 10862/2023 are likely to be heard finally by the Supreme Court on 7th March, 2024.
4. To await the orders of the Supreme Court, list on 30"' April, 2024.

In view of the aforesaid, the appellant who appears in person was asked to address the Court only in respect of the prayer (i) made in this LPA. However, after arguing at some length, he states that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant LPA with liberty to seek review of the order passed by the learned Single Judge only to the extent of prayer (i) made herein.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
