% 11.01.2024 [Physical Hearing/Hybrid Hearing (as per request)] 1.

The limited plea that the counsel for the appellant makes qua the impugned judgment dated 07.08.2023 is that the appellant should have some leeway to pay the arrears in instalments.

1.1 Accordingly, counsel for the appellant says that he would withdraw the appeal, with liberty to make a request to the concerned court for paying the arrears in instalments.

2.

Resultantly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, leave is given to the appellant to approach the concerned court for considering his request for payment of arrears in instalments, albeit, as per law. 3.

Consequently, pending applications shall stand closed.
