This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking inter-alia, payment of the rent and other dues under the Lease Agreement dated 12.07.2018 as well as the Maintenance Agreement dated 01.11.2017.

It is an admitted position that the respondent continues to occupy the leased premises.

Mr. Srivastava, learned counsel states that the respondent is ready and willing to make the payment of the lease rental. 4.
The arrears of lease rental will be cleared by way of a demand draft in favour of the petitioner within 6 weeks from the date of the learned Arbitrator entering reference.

All other dues will be raised by the petitioner by way of an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
