The Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0692/2023 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S. Subhash Place. The Writ Petition has also been filed for quashing of FIR No.0210/2023, under Sections 354/354B/506 of the IPC, P.S. Subhash Place which is also emanating from the matrimonial dispute. 3.
The Statement of the parties have been recorded who have endorsed their settlement and have stated that there is no coercion, pressure or undue influence in entering the settlement. It is also submitted that the first motion of divorce by mutual consent has been accepted and the Petition for the second motion has been signed which shall be filed in the Court tomorrow.

It is also submitted that parties have amicably settled all their disputes with no exchange of money and custody of the child has been agreed to be with the mother.

In view of the settlement. FIR No. FIR No.0692/2023 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the IPC, at P.S. Subhash Place and FIR No. 0210/2023, under Sections 354/354B/506 of the IPC, P.S. Subhash Place are quashed. However, the settlement is without prejudice to the rights of the child.

Both the Petitions stand disposed of.
