% 14.01.2019 Petitioner is the complainant of the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., which has been dismissed by the trial court and aforesaid order has been upheld by the Revisional Court vide order of 29th October, 2018. The case of petitioner is that respondents No.2 to 4 are in possession of the shop in question on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

Upon hearing and on perusal of impugned orders, I find that there is no palpable error in the orders of the courts below and hence, this petition and the application are dismissed, while refraining to comment upon the merits of the case lest it may prejudice either side at trial.
