By this application the applicant who is the father of respondent seeks release of national savings certificates deposited as surety bond for the respondent at the time of grant of bail during the course of trial. 2.

A status report has been filed verifying that the national savings certificates bearing Nos. 00DE 255280 for an amount of ₹5,000/-; 41EF 737643 for an amount of ₹10,000/- and 41EF 737642 for an amount of ₹10,000/- were deposited and the same are lying in the trial Court record. 3.

Registry is thus directed to return the national savings certificates as noted above to the applicant.
