O R D E R

% 07.01.2019 Further to the order dated 18th December, 2018, learned counsels for the parties submit that they are agreeable for a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed to adjudicate the disputes which have arisen in the present petition.

Accordingly, Justice Dipak Misra, former Chief Justice of India (R/o 97, Sukhdev Vihar, Ground Floor, New Delhi-110025), is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes in this matter. The arbitration shall be conducted under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the Rules framed therein.

Mr. Jatin Zaveri, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the above consent is without prejudice to his clients' rights to challenge the order dated 18th December, 2018. It is clarified accordingly.

Let a copy of this order be transmitted to the Coordinator, DIAC for further proceedings. A copy of this order also be communicated to the Ld. Sole Arbitrator.
