Petitioner is seeking his release on furnishing of a personal bond and one cash surety of Rs.10,000/-. Petitioner‟s similar application has been declined by the competent authority on 4th November, 2019 stating that petitioner is sentenced to life and has a large unexpired portion of sentence.

Rajesh Mahajan, Additional Standing Counsel for respondent/State, accepts notice and submits that earlier also petitioner had been released on parole vide order of 18th September, 2018 on his W.P.(CRL) 3402/2019
furnishing personal bond and he had surrendered in time. Heard.
The petition is allowed and petitioner is directed to be released on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one cash surety in the like amount.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
