This is an appeal filed under section 372 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the judgment dated 31.08.2022 passed by the learned MM (Mahila Courts)- 04: Central District: Tiz Hazari Courts, Delhi, whereby the learned MM acquitted the respondent nos. 2 and 3 for the offences under sections 498A/406/34 IPC, 1860. 2.
In view of the objections raised by the counsel for the respondent, it is conceded by the counsel for the appellant that the present appeal will lie before the Sessions Court.

In this view of the matter, the present matter is transferred to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari, to assign the matter to the concerned court.
