% 20.02.2019 CM APPL. 7839/2019 in MAC.APP. 545/2018 This is an application under Section 151 CPC for revalidation of cheque in correct name.

Counsel for the appellant submits that as per the Aadhar Card and PNB bank accounts, the name of appellant Nos.3 and 2 has been mentioned as Rishika Tanwar and Sahil Tanwar respectively. He further submits that the cheques were issued in the name of Rishika and Sahil and prays that directions be issued to respondent No.1 for issuance of fresh cheques in lieu of the old cheques in the name of 'Rishika Tanwar' instead of 'Rishika' and 'Sahil Tanwar' instead of 'Sahil'.

Keeping in view the submissions made by counsel for the appellant and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
