The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari,thereby quashing the proceedings in TRC No.699 of 2022 in OA No.191 of 2012, pending before the Recovery Officer-I, DRT - II, Delhi, (DRT)on the ground of lack of jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for petitioner confines his submissions to the issue of jurisdiction, which, according to him, has already been raised before the learned DRT, Delhi. He submits that the objections have already been sought from the other side, however, the same have not been decided despitepassage of considerable time. He further submits that petitioner's grievance would be adequately redressed if the said objections are considered and decided expeditiously.
