jurisdiction of the Armed Forces Tribunal (ATF). 2.

In order to avoid further delay and keeping in mind the fact that the Petitioners are Senior Citizens, this Court is inclined to direct that the present writ petitions be transferred to Armed Forces Tribunal (ATF) for being re-numbered as an OA before the Tribunal and for further consideration.

The Armed Forces Tribunal (ATF) is requested to dispose of the matters as expeditiously as possible in view of the fact that the claim of the Petitioners is for reimbursement of amount spent for treatment during COVID-19.

In view of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
