This is an application seeking withdrawal of the present writ petition. 2.
The application is filed on the premise that the requisite action has been taken by the MCD qua the unauthorized construction in question. 3.
Learned counsel for the MCD has handed over a status report in respect of the concerned property bearing No.1011, out of Khasra No.3711112, Abadi of West Khureji Khas, Aram Park, Delhi-110092 in which the action taken in respect of the said property has been set out. 4.

strict vigil shall be maintained to ensure that no unauthorized construction is allowed to take place in respect of the property in question. 5.
In view of the prayer made in the present application and in view of the aforesaid undertaking and statement made by learned counsel for the MCD, the present application is allowed; consequently the present writ petition [W.P.(C) 393/2024] is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
