In this petition, preferred by the petitioners, under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the respondent Reserve Bank of India has taken a preliminary objection that the dispute is not arbitrable.

Mr. Aayush Agarwala, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks in these circumstances to withdraw the petition to enable his client to pursue other appropriate remedies as available in law. 3.

The petition along with the pending application are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
