The present petition alleged unauthorized construction in property bearing no.82/6, Surat Nagar, State Bank Colony, Near Nanak Piao Gurudwara.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1, who appears on advance notice, submits that the property in question shall be inspected and if any unauthorized construction is found, appropriate action shall be taken with regard thereto, in accordance with law.

Binding the respondent to the aforesaid statement, the present petition stands disposed of.
