The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking modification of the order dated 26.11.2024, passed by the Trial Court in CS No. 157/2019, titled as, "Ram Saran vs. Parsvnath Developers Ltd" and for issuing directions to the Trial Court to decide the matter in a time-bound manner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that application for leave to defend is pending consideration since 2019 and, therefore, the matter needs to be expedited.

be appropriate to issue any time-bound directions, however, considering the fact that the application for leave to defend is pending since about last 5 years, the Trial Court is directed to make the best possible endeavour to dispose of the application in an expeditious manner. Advocate of both sides are directed to render their due cooperation to the Trial Court in this regard. 4.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of in terms of aforesaid order.
