O R D E R

The present petition has been filed alleging breach of the undertaking given before the learned Family Court, by virtue of which order dated 25th May, 2018, was passed by the learned Family Court in HMA No. 945/2018. 2.

As per the aforesaid undertaking, total amount of ₹17 lacs was payable by the respondent to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, out of ₹17 lacs, ₹1 lac was paid by the respondent to the petitioner. Further, ₹ 2 lacs was to be paid to the petitioner, after which, complaint case no. 627033/2016 was to be withdrawn by her. filing of the First Motion. The balance amount of ₹7 lacs was payable at the time of quashing of the FIR, and further balance amount of ₹4 lacs was payable to the petitioner, upon filing of the Second Motion. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner confirms the fact that the aforesaid amounts have been paid to the petitioner by the respondent. 5.

Thus, the undertaking as given by the respondent, has been complied with and the present petition stands satisfied. 6.
