This is an application filed under Section 151 by the respondents with the following prayers:- "(a) Kindly allow the present application and declare the Review Medical Examination Result of the Petitioner conducted on 22.03.2024 by the Respondents and appoint the Petitioner for the post of constable driver in compliance of the Order dated 05.03.2024;

(b) Pass any such/further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the light of the present facts and circumstances." 2.

We have been informed by the learned counsel for the respondents that pursuant to the order dated 05.03.2024, the petitioner was medically reexamined and has been found unfit. She has handed over the report of the Review Medical Board to the learned counsel for the petitioner today. 3.
