Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the needful has been done and they have already issued letter dated 07.02.2025 under the signatures of Senior Commandant, CISF, RTC Bhilai whereby the petitioner has been asked to report to DIG/principal, CISF, RTC Bhilai to join as constable/DCPO.

A copy of such communication has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner during course of hearing. 3.

A copy thereof had also been shown to the Court. It be retained on record.
