The present petition under Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed seeking following prayers: - "I.
Pass necessary order for expeditious Disposal of the Interim Maintenance Application, in MT. No. 678/2023, which is pending adjudication before the Court of Ld. Judge, Family Courts, West District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi, in the interest of justice. II.
Such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case be also passed in favour of the Petitioner to meet the ends of justice." 5.

that the first hearing of the proceedings in the present case was held on 21.11.2023, and till now, the application seeking interim maintenance on behalf of the petitioner has not been decided by the concerned learned Family Court.

It is pointed out that the matter is fixed before learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, for 04.02.2025. 7.
In view of the above, without going into merits of the case, it is directed that the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, shall decide the said application seeking interim maintenance within a period of 1 month from 04.02.2025.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. 9.
Copy of the order be sent to the concerned learned Family Court for necessary information and compliance.
