O R D E R

The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that respondent nos. 1 to 4 be directed to provide protection to the petitioners, as they apprehend harm at the hands of respondent nos. 5 and 6 and their associates.

The petitioners also pray that respondent nos. 5 and 6 be directed to handover petitioner no.1's passport, which is in their possession. 3.

The petitioners have married contrary to the wishes of the parents of petitioner no.1 (respondent nos. 5 and 6) and in the aforesaid context, the petitioners apprehend that they would be harmed by respondent nos. 5 and 6. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 5 and 6 states that although respondent nos. 5 and 6 have their concerns with regard to the marriage of the petitioner; the same is, principally, on account of the age

difference between petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and the fact that petitioner no2 is unemployed. However, the petitioners' concern that they would be harmed by respondent nos. 5 and 6 is completely unfounded. 5.

Petitioner no. 1 is present in court and the learned counsel for the respondents nos. 5 and 6 has also handed over her original passport to her. 6.

By an order dated 04.12.2019, this Court had directed the respondents to provide telephone numbers of beat constables in order for the petitioners to contact the police officials in case of any eventuality. The said order is made absolute.

No further orders are required to be passed in this petition, the same is disposed of.
