It appears that FIR No.295/2022, has been registered by respondent no. 1 in Maharashtra and pursuant to notice dated 05.10.2023 issued by the latter, the petitioner's bank account maintained with the respondent no. 2bank has been frozen. 2.

The petitioner has been given to understand that if the petitioner is withdraw the instant petition, necessary steps shall be taken by the investigating agency to issue the directions for defreezing the petitioner' account.
