This writ petition is disposed of with the consent order that the present writ petition will be treated as a representation to the respondent against the order terminating services on the ground of alleged non satisfactory services of the petitioner.

Petitioner will be given hearing by the competent authority and petitioner will be entitled to file any documents which she desires to show that the services were satisfactory. The competent authority will, after hearing the petitioner, pass a speaking order to be communicated to the petitioner.

In case, the petitioner is still dissatisfied at that stage, the petitioner in accordance with law will always have a right to file appropriate independent proceedings.

The process of hearing the petitioner and passing

of a speaking order be completed by the respondent within a period of six weeks from today.
