% 24.01.2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw the present petition, however, it is submitted that the trial is not proceeding and public witnesses are not appearing as they are making one or the other excuses and long dates are being given by the learned trial court.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Learned trial court shall look into the matter and make all endeavours to record the testimonies of public witnesses as expeditiously as possible.
