This writ petition is preferred on behalf of the Petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

"a. Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order thereby directing the respondent no. 1 and respondent no. 2 to take appropriate steps for seizing and removing the dangerous foreign breed dog from the premises of respondent no. 4.

b. Direct the respondent no. 3 to take action against respondent no. 4 for getting the petitioner attacked by that dangerous foreign dog." 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for MCD, on instructions, submits that requisite action has been taken. Respondent No.4 has taken steps for necessary registration and penalty has been paid. 3.

In my view, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition and the same stands disposed of.
