In terms of the order passed on the last date of hearing, Ms. Nidhi Raman, CGSC for the respondents has produced the relevant noting-sheets before the Court.

We have perused the same. It transpires that respondent no.3 has been held to be qualified after duly taking into consideration the order dated 01.08.2022 of the Ministry of External Affairs (hereinafter, 'MEA') whereby, respondent no.3 was blacklisted only for the purposes of tendering in MEA.

withdraw the writ petition.

He also states that the premises in question shall be vacated on or before 27.01.2026 by handing over the keys to the officer of respondent no.1 and 2 at 11:00 a.m.

He states that the petitioner be permitted to take out all the materials lying in the premises which is agreeable to the officer, namely Mr. Gunjan Gandhi, Joint Director, Department of Personnel and Training/respondent no.2.
