1.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the alleged action of the respondent in repeatedly charging amounts towards security deposit in the running bills raised by the respondent. It is submitted that as a result, the petitioner is not even aware as to the total quantum of security deposit recovered by the respondent from the petitioner. 2.

Considering the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to depute an officer to consider the petitioner's grievance, grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and to provide the requisite information as regards security deposit charged from the petitioner.

Let the aforesaid exercise be concluded within a period of six weeks from today.

The respondent seeks a specific direction that the amount collected by the respondent as the security deposit be reflected in the bills raised upon the petitioner.
