Bail Appln.3159/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks extension of interim bail for a period of six weeks in pursuance to FIR No.592/2015 registered at Police Station Seelampur for the offences punishable under sections 3(1), 3(4), 3(5)/4 of MCOCA read with section 174-A IPC. In view of the reasons mentioned in the present petition, I hereby extend the interim bail of the petitioner for a further period of 2 weeks. It is made clear that if the surgery of the wife of the petitioner is not performed on 03.01.2020, the petitioner shall surrender himself on the said date before 5:00 p.m. to the concerned jail.

The application is accordingly, disposed of.

Order dasti under signatures of the Court Master. Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent and the Trial Court concerned for compliance.
