This is an application preferred on behalf of the Petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law in light of the stand taken by Respondent No. 3 in its reply through Power of Attorney/Respondent No. 2 that Respondent No. 3 is a habitual resident of USA.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and disposed of permitting the Petitioner to withdraw the petition. ARB.P. 88/2025 3.

This is a petition preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator.
