% 09.12.2019 Petitioner is the father, who is apprehending threat to his life and life of his sister, at the hands of his daughter/ respondent No.5. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner and his sister are senior citizens and are aged 76 and 73 years respectively and they are seeking protection for life against respondent No.5 and in this regard they have also registered a complaint at police station Sagarpur, Delhi. Upon notice, learned Standing Counsel for respondent/State submits that protection required will be provided to the petitioners. Let Mobile number of Beat Constable, Division Officer as well as SHO be provided to the petitioners forthwith so that in case of an exigency, petitioners can contact the concerned officials. In view of above, learned counsel for petitioners does not press this petition.

This petition and application stand accordingly disposed of as not pressed.
