Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 21st October, 2022 passed by Delhi Cooperative Tribunal in Appeal No. 110/2021/DCP, whereby the award dated 15th November, 2021 passed by the sole Arbitrator, was set aside and elections of respondent no.1 society for various posts held on 3rd January, 2020 were upheld. 2.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners are willing to deposit the share money of Rs.15,000/- as demanded by the respondent society provided their membership, voting rights and right to contest are protected/restored. Learned counsel for respondent society fairly states that in the event the share money of Rs.15,000/- is paid by the petitioners, the respondent society has no objection to restoration of their membership, voting rights as well as right to contest elections.
