% 03.12.2015 Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that suit is valued below the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court for the purposes of court fee. In view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, the suit has to be transferred to the subordinate courts of competent jurisdiction. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that suit may be transferred to the District Judge (West District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi. Ordered accordingly.
