This suit has been filed on behalf of the Plaintiff for a decree of partition in respect of suit land measuring 533.33 sq. yards, being part of Khata/Khatoni No. 38/36, Khasra No. 498 min (1-12), situated in extended Lal Dora of Village Bharthal, Dwarka, Delhi amongst other reliefs. 2.
During the pendency of the present suit, parties were referred before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to explore the possibility of amicable settlement vide order dated 10.01.2025, where they have settled all their inter se disputes and Settlement Agreement 25.04.2025 has been executed, incorporating the terms of settlement, which is placed on record.

In view of the settlement, learned counsels for the parties jointly submit that the suit be decreed in terms of the settlement. 4.
