% 17.12.2019 Quashing of FIR No. 383/2017, under Sections 420/468/471 IPC, registered at police station Fatehpur Beri, Delhi is sought on the ground that subject matter of this FIR stands mutually and amicably settled between the parties.

Upon notice, learned Additional Standing Counsel for respondent/State submits that FIR in question pertains to forgery and cheating the complainant, whose whereabouts are not traceable for last one year and that the subject matter of this FIR stands resolved between the petitioners and wife and son of complainant and this petition is, therefore, opposed.
