O R D E R

% 30.01.2019 In terms of the order dated 15.1.2019, the Trial Court Record has been received along with the copy of the Enquiry Report dated 8.6.2018 in FF No. 1/17 which has been sent in a shut envelope which has been opened in open Court and perused.

The photocopy of the same is directed to be placed by the Court Master of this Court on the records of the present petition and the copy of the Fact Finding Enquiry Report that has been sent along with TCR be placed back on the records of the Trial Court and the Trial Court Record be sent back to the learned Trial Court forthwith through a Special Messenger.

After some submissions on behalf of either side, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition

seeking liberty to seek redressal, if any required, in accordance with law in relation to the Enquiry Report.
