% 12.01.2016 The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the order dated 16th November, 2015 as well as directions to the respondent no.3 to provide the information expeditiously within 15 days which is sought in applications dated 23rd April, 2013, 2nd July, 2012, 8th March, 2013, 26th August, 2013, 26th September, 2013 and 13th February, 2014. The petitioner states that he filed the RTI on the aforementioned dates seeking certified copies of the requisitions received from Public Sector Enterprises/Government Organizations mentioned in column 2, located in the States of Tamil Nadu, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh, on the basis of which sponsorships were issued by the Directorate General (Re-Settlement).

The Central Information Commission has after recording the respondent's statement that all the information is available on its website, further recorded the respondent's statement that if the appellant/petitioner seeks any specific information, it will be provided to him.

The admitted position is that, in pursuance to the aforesaid undertaking, the petitioner has not approached the respondent. Consequently, in the opinion of this Court, the present writ petition is not maintainable, and the same is dismissed. MANMOHAN, J JANUARY 12, 2016 KA
