2. Apropos the election to the Respondent No.2 Society, the Petitioner who is a member thereof, has filed the present petition, seeking the following relief:

"Issue the directions to the Respondent No.l/ Registrar Cooperative Societies to get elections conducted in the Respondent Society in a free and fair manner as per Delhi Cooperative Societies Act and Rules after removing all the discrepancies, by appointing a new Returning Officer in the Society".

3. The Court is of the view that the Petitioner should await the conclusion of the election, and then question the elections on whatever grounds that may be available to her in accordance with law. The Court cannot, at this stage, interfere with the election process. All grounds urged by the Petitioner in the present petition are reserved to be urged at the appropriate stage.

4. The petition is accordingly dismissed. The pending application is also disposed of. No costs.
