The present Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the following prayers :

a) Allow the present writ petition and pass an order/direction to the Respondents no. 1 to 3 to carry out the investigation of the FIR no. 303 dated 31.08.2022 lodged at P.S. Delhi Cantt under Sections 304/34 IPC in a fair and impartial manner and/or ; b) Pass an order/directions to the Respondents No. 1 to 3 to hand over the investigation of the aforesaid case to some other impartial investigating agency such as CBI or Special Investigation Team/ Crime Branch of Delhi Police. 2.

Learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State upon instructions submits that the FSL Report has been received and the Charge Sheet/ Final Report shall be submitted within 6 weeks.

No further directions are required in the present Petition, which is hereby disposed of.
