% 07.02.2020 The applicant seeks grant of bail submitting to the effect that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case and that he is just over 18 years of age with no previous antecedents against him and that he was apprehended only far away from the spot of the occurrence. The status report that has been submitted on behalf of the State alleges complicity of the petitioner stated to have been visible in the CCTV footage at Gali Patashan, shop No.6, Khari Baoli against the applicant.
