This is the second bail application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the BNSS and read with Section 36A(3) of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter, 'NDPS Act') seeking regular bail in Crime No. VIII/19/DZU/2022 under Sections 8/22(c)/23(c)/29 of the NDPS Act, registered at P.S. Narcotics Control Bureau. 4.
The present application has been remanded back in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 20.12.2024 in Narcotics Control Bureau vs. Kashif 2024 INSC 1045, wherein it is observed as under: "41. respondent for four weeks, with a request to the High Court to decide the application afresh as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within four weeks. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application on additional grounds and documents in support thereof. 6.
