By way of present petition under Section 482 Cr.PC, the petitioners seek setting aside of order dated 09.01.2024 passed by the learned MM, South West District, Dwarka District Courts, New Delhi in Ct. Case No.1559 of 2023 and quashing of the proceedings pending before learned MM, South West District, Dwarka District Courts, New Delhi. 2.

Mr. Laksh Khanna, learned APP for State has taken a preliminary objection that the impugned order is revisable. He, on instructions, further states that so far no FIR has been registered. 3.

Without going into merits of rival submissions, let the compliance be done in two days.
