CRL.M.A. 4133/2024 An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for correction/ modification of order dated 30.01.2024 passed by this Court. After perusal of the record, no grounds are made out to modify order dated 30.01.2024 as the concerns of the applicant / complainant already have been kept into consideration that petitioner shall not visit Rohtak within a distance of 03 Kms. from the residence of the complainant without prior permission of the learned Trial Court.

It may be observed that in case petitioner has any concerns regarding his safety, he is at liberty to file appropriate application before the District Witness Protection Committee, for consideration. Application is accordingly disposed of.
