Learned counsel for the appellant, while referring to the order dated 19.01.2026, submits that the balance amount of Rs.1,35,480/-, which has been deposited with the learned Commissioner (Employees' Compensation Act, 1923), be released to the respondent no. 3, namely, Smt. Sunita, W/o Sh. Ashok Ram.

Respondent no. 3, who is present in person and identified by S.I. Priyank Kumar, P.S. Anand Vihar, also affirms that only the aforesaid amount remains to be paid, as she has already received an amount of Rs.7.5 lakhs pursuant to the settlement arrived at in the quashing proceedings arising out of FIR No. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Let the said amount, lying deposited with the learned Commissioner, alongwith interest accrued thereupon, be released to Smt. Sunita W/o Sh. Ashok Kumar.
S.I. Priyank Kumar will provide necessary assistance to respondent no. 3 in approaching the learned Commissioner for release and receipt of the said amount.

In view of the above, the present appeal alongwith the pending application stands disposed of.
