Ms. Indira Marla, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous, as the parking site in question has been withdrawn, and the location has been converted into a park. She, however, submits that the petitioner wishes to take civil remedies in respect of losses and damages suffered by him in respect of operating the parking site, pursuant to the tender dated 27.09.2022. 2.
The writ petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.

Needless to say, that this Court has not adjudicated the rights and contentions of the parties on maintainability or merits with regard to any civil remedies, which may be instituted by the petitioner herein.
