O R D E R

% 06.01.2016 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only direction that would be claimed is that the BSF should consider his case for retention/posting in Delhi to enable him to fulfil the balance one year term, so as to be with his family, in accordance with the existing instructions and guidelines. In view of the statement made, the respondents are hereby directed to consider and accommodate the petitioner preferably as early as possible atleast with one year tenure in Delhi some time in near future so as to enable him to complete the static posting tenure.

The petitioner shall be permitted one week's time for reporting at the place of posting; in case he applies leave for that purpose, the respondent/BSF shall consider and grant him the same.
