Quash and set aside the order dated 07.08.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Addl. Sessions Judge03(South), Saket Courts/New Delhi in case no. SC 410/2022. II. Pass an order discharging the applicants from the charge's U/s 323/341/34 IPC framed by the learned trial court in the present FIR.
