This is a petition seeking recognition of the arbitral award dated 01.06.2023 along with memorandum of correction of partial award dated 28.07.2023, interpretation of partial award dated 28.07.2023 passed in Arbitration No. 277/2020, wherein the decree holders were awarded SGD 2100.

Mr. Verma, learned senior counsel for the judgment debtors on instructions states that the judgment debtors have agreed to the said partial award as modified.

debtor, I am satisfied that the foreign award is enforceable under Part - II of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and it is deemed to be a decree of Court under Section 49 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The amount equivalent to SGD 2100 shall be deposited in the ICICI Bank bearing Account No.: 032305003655, Branch: Lower Parel, IFSC Code: ICIC0000323. The same shall be done expeditiously and not later than 1 week from today.

In this view of the matter, the decree stands satisfied. 6.

In case the amount is not remitted on or before 20.03.2024, the decree holder will be at liberty to revive the execution petition. 7.

The petition is disposed of.
