These are applications filed on behalf of Petitioner seeking exemption from filing of certified copies. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Applications are disposed of.

These are four petitions under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter, 'the Act') filed by the parties in respect of extension of mandate of Arbitral Tribunal for a period of one year. 4.

This matter relates to a real estate project. Ld. Sole Arbitrator Justice A.K. Sikri (former judge) was appointed as the Sole Arbitrator on 5th February, 2021. There are four connected matters. It is stated that the proceedings are at the stage of Admission/ Denial of documents as well as filing of Evidence by way of affidavit. The Court has perused the chronology of events and is satisfied that the extension deserves to be granted.
