O R D E R

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there are certain allegations which are not proved but the petitioner has received Rs.14,00,000/- in his account, which according to the prosecution was received by him from the main accused Sumit @ Kala and he is ready to deposit the same. 2.

Petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.14,00,000/- by way of a demand draft with the Registry of this Court within one week from today. Subject to deposit of the aforesaid amount with the Registry of this Court, the application is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of the like amount

subject to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned, and subject to the following conditions:

(a) The petitioner shall not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi without due permission from the concerned SHO;

(b) The petitioner shall provide his contact details to the concerned SHO and be reachable at all times and he shall make himself available for interrogation to the IO of the case as and when called by him.

(c) The petitioner shall not contact the complainant or the witnesses or try to influence them in any manner. 3.

The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Dasti.
